This is to remind you that the deadline to submit your proposals for
2019 EuARe Annual Conference is Friday, June 15th, 2018, at midnight
(23.59, GMT+1).

You can make a proposal for a paper, a panel, a book presentation and
a film or documentary projection with discussion through the forms
available here: https://www.europeanacademyofreligion.org/submission

Accepted proposals are listed here:
https://www.europeanacademyofreligion.org/program and will be
advertised on our social media profiles.

Remember that the acceptance of proposals is subject to the evaluation
of the European Academy of Religion Executive Committee and an e-mail
notification of the acceptance will be sent within a couple of weeks
after submission.

EuARe Membership
As for last year, EuARe is granting memberships.
Members benefit from discounted conference rates for the member year
Conference (up to 5 people, in case of collective membership),
patronage on scientific activities, the possibility to advertise call
for papers, grants, fellowships and scientific activities on our
website, and are invited to join and participate in the Academy
General Assemblies, which meet every year during the Annual
Conference.

Travel Grants and Housing
The Academy offers 100 travel grants up to 300 € to Students, PhD
Students, Post-Docs and Early Career Scholars. All those concerned can
submit a request to eu_are@fscire.it. A curriculum vitae, a motivation
letter and an estimated travel budget is required as a part of the
application.
Concerning the participation to the conference, Special conference
rates will be negotiated with city hotels. Information will be

Important: Data Protection Policy
Following the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in force
from May 25th 2018, from this year on, we will ask your consent in
order to send you our newsletters and process your data in the
organization of the EuARe annual meetings (you will be asked to do so
even if you are already in the EuARe database). Participants to the
Annual Conference will find the Data Protection question placed at the
bottom of each of our registration and submission forms; those who are
new to the Academy and wish to receive our newsletter will soon find a
subscription form on our website.
